Dinner with strangers in London, every Thursday

Siena is a social dining club for making friends in London. Every Thursday at 7:30pm we seat small groups of strangers, usually six people, at a restaurant we choose. Every table is a group, never a pair. You come on your own and leave with people to see again.

A seat costs £9.99. It pays for the matching, the table booking and support before and after the dinner. You pay for your own food and drinks at the restaurant, so you can order a £12 pasta or a £30 steak. If you come often, Siena Premium includes your dinners: £13.99 for one month, £32.99 for three months or £44.99 for six.

When you sign up you answer twelve short questions: your city, the languages you speak, your age, your gender, and how you like to socialise. We group people of a similar age, balance each table by gender, and put together people who like to talk about the same things. You never sit with someone from one of your past Siena tables.

Booking for each Thursday closes on Tuesday at 23:59. We send you the restaurant name and address on Wednesday. Dinner starts at 7:30pm on Thursday and usually lasts about two hours.

All Siena dinners take place in London restaurants that we choose for a group of six. We look for good food at a fair price and a table where everyone can hear each other, not a loud bar.
